2A.1 The Site includes interactive tools, such as a debt payoff calculator and the ability to generate downloadable reports (e.g., PDF) (collectively, the "Tools"). The Tools are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

2A.2 No Advice. Outputs are generalized illustrations based solely on the information you enter. They do not account for all factors (e.g., fees, penalties, lender compounding conventions, payment posting dates) and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. See Sections 9 and 12.

2A.3 Assumptions & Methodology. Unless otherwise stated in the Tool interface, the calculator uses the following simplified assumptions:

• Interest is approximated using your stated APR divided by 12 and added monthly before payments are applied.
• Minimum payments are applied to each debt first; any extra amount you designate is applied to the targeted debt(s).
• When a debt is paid off, its minimum payment may be rolled into other debts on a later period as indicated in the interface.
• Schedules assume 30-day months and round to the nearest cent; results may differ from lender statements that compound daily or use different rounding/posting rules.
• Results change if your inputs change or if lenders assess additional fees or interest.

2A.4 Your Responsibility. You are solely responsible for verifying all outputs with your lenders/creditors and for deciding how to act on any information produced.

2A.5 No Guarantees. The Company does not guarantee any payoff date, savings amount, interest, or other outcome derived from the Tools.

2A.6 Availability & Changes. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any Tool at any time without notice.

2A.7 Acceptable Use. You may not misuse the Tools, exceed reasonable request rates, or attempt to copy, reverse engineer, or scrape the Tool code, report templates, or embedded assets.

2A.8 Reports and Content. You receive a personal, non-exclusive license to download and use any reports generated for your own internal, non-commercial use. The Company retains all rights in the Tools, report templates, branding, and logos.

2A.9 Call-to-Action Links. Any call-to-action or scheduling links appearing in generated reports are promotional in nature and do not create any obligation to purchase services.

2B.1 By using the Tools, you authorize the Company to process the numbers and text you provide (e.g., balances, APRs, payments) to generate results and to store such inputs and outputs for a reasonable period for quality assurance, troubleshooting, and product improvement consistent with our Privacy Policy.

2B.2 If you request a downloadable report or choose to have a report sent via email, you consent to our sending you that file and related follow-up communications about your results and our services. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time (Section 4).

2B.3 Sensitive Data. Do not submit account numbers, Social Security numbers, online banking credentials, or other sensitive identifiers into the Tools.

3.1 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

3.2 Submissions containing false, misleading, or incomplete details may not be processed.

3.3 For the Tools, inaccurate or incomplete inputs will produce inaccurate outputs. The Company is not responsible for errors caused by user inputs, lender changes, or unmodeled fees/interest.

4.1 By providing your contact information through this website, forms, calculators, downloads, or related tools, you consent to receive communications from ClariFi, including:

• Responses to your inquiries and requests
• Educational resources and financial tips
• Marketing messages related to financial coaching services, educational programs, and digital products
• Event invitations and webinar announcements
• Newsletter updates and promotional offers
• Follow-up communications related to downloaded content or tools you've used

4.2 You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our messages or by contacting us at Support@ClariFiCoaching.com.

4.3 Opting out of marketing emails does not affect our ability to contact you regarding active services, purchases, or requests you've made.

4.4 All marketing communications comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA requirements, including clear identification of the sender, accurate subject lines, and accessible unsubscribe mechanisms.

5.1 The information you provide will be used solely to review and, if appropriate, respond to your inquiry.

5.2 Submission does not guarantee a response, and no client–coach, advisor–client, attorney–client, or accountant–client relationship is created.

5.3 Do not include sensitive personal identifiers (e.g., Social Security numbers, bank account details, or passwords).

5.4 By submitting a question, you grant ClariFi Coaching a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and adapt your submission for the purpose of responding to you. If anonymized, your question may also be used for educational or marketing purposes without personal identifiers.

6.1 The Money Strategy Request Form collects personal and financial goal information for the sole purpose of scheduling and conducting coaching sessions.

6.2 Submission of this form does not establish an ongoing client relationship until a formal coaching agreement is signed.

6.3 Phone number submission is optional.

7.1 Information collected through the Site will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7.2 We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7.3 Tool inputs/outputs may be retained and processed as described in Section 2B and our Privacy Policy. We implement reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security.

9.1 All content, responses, and materials provided through this Site are for educational purposes only and do not constitute personalized financial, legal, tax, or professional advice. Outputs produced by the Tools are estimates based on simplifying assumptions (see Section 2A.3) and may differ from lender statements.

9.2 Results from coaching services vary by individual and are not guaranteed.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClariFi Coaching shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this Site or reliance on its content.

10.2 Without limiting the foregoing, the Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on Tool outputs, scheduling projections, or downloadable reports, including differences arising from lender compounding, fees, posting dates, or rounding. In no event will aggregate liability related to the Tools exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid to use the Tools, if any.

11.1 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

11.2 Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12.1 ClariFi Coaching provides educational financial coaching services, not financial planning, investment advice, or tax preparation services.

12.2 We are not licensed financial advisors, investment advisors, or tax professionals. Our coaches provide educational guidance and support to help you make informed financial decisions.

12.3 All coaching sessions, materials, and recommendations are for educational purposes only and should not be considered as professional financial, legal, or tax advice.

12.4 You are encouraged to consult with qualified professionals (CPAs, financial advisors, attorneys) for specific financial, tax, or legal advice.

12.5 Using or downloading reports from the Tools does not establish a client–coach relationship. Engagement begins only upon execution of a separate coaching agreement.

13.1 While we are committed to providing high-quality coaching services, we cannot guarantee specific financial outcomes or results.

13.2 Your success depends on many factors including your commitment to implementing strategies, your unique financial situation, market conditions, and other variables beyond our control.

13.3 Any testimonials or success stories shared represent individual experiences and should not be considered typical or guaranteed results.

14.1 Due to the personalized nature of our coaching services and the time invested in preparation, Money Strategy Sessions are non-refundable once scheduled.

14.2 If you need to reschedule your session, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may forfeit the session fee.

14.3 For ongoing coaching programs, specific refund and cancellation terms will be outlined in your coaching agreement.

15.1 Our website may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by ClariFi Coaching.

15.2 We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

15.5 Any transactions or interactions you have with third-party services are solely between you and the third party.

15.6 The Tools may rely on third-party libraries or processors (e.g., form services, hosting, document generation). Your use of features powered by such services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

16.1 Our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age.
